Reliable quality

This was my third time ordering from Sarah Keary, and they're consistently good. I picked up another individual blending brush and a cream blush this time. The blush is really nice, blends out easily. My first order was The Eye Collection, and those brushes are still holding up great after a lot of use. Shipping was about the same as my last order, around 5 days to reach me in California. I keep coming back because I know what to expect in terms of product quality and service.

Good brushes, slow shipping

I ordered The Master Collection 11 piece brush set. The brushes themselves are quite nice, soft and blend well. Shipping took 7 days to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long. Overall, I'm happy with the quality for the price I paid, but wish delivery was a bit faster.

Nice products, customer service helped

I bought an eyeshadow palette and a liquid highlighter. The colors in the palette are really pigmented and blend nicely. The highlighter gives a good glow without being too glittery. When my package arrived, one of the eyeshadows was slightly chipped. I contacted customer service through their website, and they responded within a day. They asked for a picture and then offered to send a replacement palette right away, which arrived in about 6 days. The whole process was pretty smooth, and I appreciated their quick resolution. It's a good experience when things don't go perfectly, and they still make it right. The product quality is definitely there.
